I just found out that tickets will be $26. You DO NOT buy them at the ticket window. We will meet in the lodge and get tickets there. 8 am in the lodge at Brighton.
There is not electrical on the hill. If there is, it is VERY limited. So we'll set up food and such in the lodge.
Also - here is the list of those who have volunteered for food:
Corvell's can bring plates, napkins, and silverware.
Tolmans will bring some gatorades (36)
Grant - cookies
DeBerry - I will bring Gatorade and juice boxes and some cups
Nate Shureb - Pasta Salad & Case of Gatorade
Dudas - Donuts
Locher - folding table and fruit ... (coach note: I don't think we'll need the table)
Coach - subs
I do recommend to bring folding chairs for any parents that want to watch. And if anyone has a portable heater - that is allowed on the hill. Temps look to be in the high 20's low 30's for tomorrow. Just keep in mind that it is a little bit of a walk to the race hill.
Usually racing ends around 3-4 pm. Depending on delays for injuries.
