OK - It seems like there may be some miscommunication about the State Finals .... so here's what's happening.
February 7th is the Divisional Qualifier at Alpine - Normal race time. The top 2 teams from this race will go on to the State Finals. Both BOYS and GIRLS teams qualify separately.
February 8th is the Individual State Final Time Trial. This is a one-at-a-time TIMED run where the fastest 16 boys and the fastest 16 girls from ALL the teams combined will go on to race the MORNING of the State Final. So even if your team doesn't make it to the State Final, you can still qualify for the INDIVIDUAL race.
February 9th - Wax party at night (more info to be announced - anyone want to volunteer their house?)
February 10th - 9am - 4pm - State Finals at Mt. Brighton in Brighton - The Individual Race will run in the morning. Team races will be in the afternoon. The whole team will be invited. EVEN if you are not racing. A discounted lift ticket is available. More info to come when it gets closer.
