Sorry about the fiasco last night. The course conditions were not what we were lead to believe. Apparently Brian (the owner) wouldn't let them fire up the snow guns as early as they had hoped and the groomer wasn't able to make turns on the course without destroying it. So...... here we go again….
The new, new schedule is as follows:
Monday Feb. 4 - State Qualifier race. 3 heats to determine state finalists.1st and 2nd place teams advance automatically. 3rd and 4th place teams go to Mt. Brighton for a 'wildcard race' on Tuesday Feb. 5th to determine the 5th team for finals. This is a new event this year and should make State Finals very interesting.
Wednesday Feb. 6 - Individual timetrials. Two runs per rider. Best run counts. Top 16 boys and top 16 girls race against Brighton's top to crown the fastest individual in the league the morning of State Finals.
Thursday - Wax Party - more info to come….
Friday Feb. 8 - STATE FINALS! 9am- 4pm.
