Here's the schedule for tomorrow:
- Get to Alpine BEFORE 5pm
- 5 pm - Sign in with me at the finish shack at the bottom of the hill - stick around
- Quick meeting about format and rules
- Practice runs
- Race starts at 5:30pm
YOU MUST SIGN IN at 5 or I will replace you in the lineup.
If you know during the day that you won't be able to make it, if you're sick or something else, please email me so I can make the appropriate changes.
Below is the lineup that I sent earlier. These are the gates that you will run in. We will be running 3 races. Once you finish your race you need to get right back up to the top again. DO NOT miss your gate. If you have a problem - equipment or otherwise - let Cody or I know so that we can let the Starter know.
Also remember:
- No pushing.
- No swearing.
- DO NOT miss a gate. Unstrap and walk back up if you need to. 4th place is better than a "Did not Finish".
- Helmet and bib is required at all times
- If you have a problem or complaint during a race, do not bring it up to another coach or judge. Come to Cody or I and we will handle it.
