Hoodie orders DUE THURSDAY

Each team member will receive one with their last name on the back. I need the form I emailed to everyone  filled out with your size on it. I want to get this order in very soon, so I'd like to have all forms in by Thursday.

Also - If you would like additional hoodies - for family or whomever - the cost is $30 each. There is a spot on the form for additional orders.

If you are not ordering additional hoodies and just want to email me back with your Last name (so I make sure it's spelled correctly) and your size, that would work too.

We'll have a Captain election tomorrow before practice. Right now here is the list of people running for captain:

also - EVERYONE should have ALL of their forms turned in by now. NO EXCUSES. I will not order a hoodie for you unless you have paid your team fee.  And NO ONE will do a time trial unless you have ALL documents in.
